Christina Nichols, is a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. Her therapy practice focuses on helping clients identify their strengths through a neurodiversity affirming lens. In addition to counseling, Dr Nichols conducts neuropsychological evaluations to help clients understand their learning profile and how it impacts their daily lives.

Desiree Campbell

Desiree Campbell is a seasoned clinician and executive functioning coach with over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and parents develop practical, effective strategies to manage daily responsibilities and improve overall functioning.

Desiree began her distinguished career with the New York City Department of Education and is a New York State Certified School Psychologist. She currently serves as the Director of Guidance and Counseling and Coordinator of Academic Services at an independent school in New York City. In these roles, she provides individual and group counseling, leads school support team meetings, and conducts comprehensive reviews of neuropsychological evaluations.

Her expertise in analyzing neuropsychological reports plays a critical role in presenting cases to the school’s learning disabilities committee, helping guide educational planning and connecting families with meaningful interventions and supports. In addition to her work with children and adolescents, Desiree also works with adults seeking support with executive functioning, organization, emotional regulation, and daily life management.

Known for her empathetic and collaborative approach, Desiree creates strong connections with clients and families, fostering engagement and making intervention strategies both practical and impactful.

Dr. Ben Lovett

Dr. Ben Lovett is a licensed psychologist and a Professor of Psychology and Education at Columbia University's Teachers College. At Mind Matters Manhattan, he conducts diagnostic evaluations for students referred for learning and attention problems, and he also conducts evidence-based psychotherapy for test anxiety. 

 Dr. Lovett consults with schools on disability and assessment issues, and at Teachers College, he teaches classes on psychological testing and legal/ethical issues in school psychology. He has over 100 publications on these and related topics, including a recent book,
